Appropriate dimensions
This designer dining table is also great for any large or small kitchen space. For smaller rooms, we will make you this massive dining table for only 4 people in dimensions of only 150 x 90 cm. For large rooms and spacious dining rooms, located not only in your home, we can also make it for you in dimensions 250 x 100 cm, i.e. easily for 6 or more people. We now offer the possibility to make this designer dining table for you in dimensions up to 400 x 100 cm.
Expandable version of the table
For each of our table designs, including the Herodes dining table, you have the option to order a folding option. This variant includes additional boards with a length of 25 cm on each side of the table, which in total will extend the table by 50 cm. In order to maintain a consistent wood grain, it is necessary to specify in advance the overall format of the board from which the additional boards will be made. If you are interested in this modification, just write this request in the note of the order. After confirmation of the order, we will adjust the invoice for you, as the surcharge for this folding system is CZK 2,500.
Tabletop Appearance…
We can leave the shade of the table top in this model for you in its original appearance solid oak or, at your request, paint it with a glossy transparent varnish. Thanks to it, your massive dining table will get much more shine, design and a modern look.
Shade of oak lumber
The final appearance of the tabletop also affects the choice of the itself lumber. We make our tables mainly from solid oak. We also have other types of lumber in stock, and after individual agreement you can certainly choose a different type of wood than oak itself. However, even if it is oak lumber, oak as such has countless types and for that reason you can find a really wide selection of shades on the market, even in our carpentry workshop of oak wood. We always communicate with you and come to an agreement. If you are interested, we try to choose a shade that will perfectly and as much as possible harmonize with the interior your home. Most often, our customers are interested in having the table top match the shade of their floor, possibly with other furniture in the room.

We can make the metal base for your Herodes dining table in two shades. You can choose a base in black or white. The powder coating we use for painting it has a matte shade.
Table top edge
Furthermore, with your solid wood dining table, you can choose how the edge of its table will look like boards. We can leave it in its natural shape, align it smooth or you can choose a variant called a bevel.
Thickness of your table top
Our designer dining table Herodes is not only an aesthetic gem, but is also completely customizable to your individual needs. As standard, we supply a table top with a thickness of 40 mm, which ensures an optimal balance between elegance and stability. However, if you would prefer a more massive look, we also offer a choice of 50 mm or 80 mm thick boards mm, which bring an even more pronounced and robust impression. However, these variants are available for an additional fee, which reflects the higher volume of material and the exclusivity of the design of this elegant dining table.
Table weight and shipping
As for the actual weight of our tables, it is necessary to state that they are made of wood and metal. These are heavier materials, therefore the weight of the base usually around 80 kg and the weight of a table top unfolds from its length, but usually it is about 20 kg. The total weight, for a table of standard size, will be around 100 kg.
This weight you guaranteesthat your dining table just don't overturn. You don't have to worry about its weight even if we bring it to you. We won't drop it off at your door and drive away, but take it to your home to the appropriate location, assemble it and show you everything. The metal base is glued with felt, so your floor cannot be accidentally scratched.
