It is a great place to spend time not only when dining with your family, but also at other various occasions, such as business meetings or meetings with your acquaintances and friends and other festive occasions. Our modern dining table is not only practical, but also a design piece of furniture that will give your interior a unique character.

Flexible dimensions for every space

We will make the Lineus dining table for you in different sizes, to suit both smaller and more spacious dining rooms or other spaces. For smaller kitchen spaces we offer you variants with dimensions from 150 x 90 cm, which comfortably seats four people. For larger interiors, we can also make this designer oak table in dimensions up to 250 x 100 cm, which will provide enough space for six or more people. This table is thus perfectly adapted to your individual needs and spatial possibilities. And for those really

large spaces, for example of a commercial nature, we will be happy to prepare our Lineus table in 400 x 100 cm.

Expandable version of the table

For all our dining tables, including the Lineus table, you can order a folding version. This variant includes additional boards with a length of 25 cm on each side of the table, which in total will extend the table by 50 cm. In order to maintain a consistent wood grain, it is necessary to specify in advance the overall format of the board from which the additional boards will be made. If you are interested in this modification, just write this request to us in the note of the order. After confirmation of the order, the invoice will be adjusted, as the additional fee for the folding system is CZK 2,500.

The appearance of the table top and base according to your wishes

When it comes to the appearance of the table top of the Lineus dining table, i.e. its surface treatment, you again have a choice. We can keep the tabletop of your new design table for you in its natural appearance. This surface treatment has the advantage that it highlights the natural beauty of the oak massif. To increase its resistance, we gently treat the board with a special natural oil. The second option is that we will paint the board for you with transparent varnish, which will give it an elegant shine and highlight the natural structure of the selected wood. Another plus of the surface treatment with varnish is the increase in the resistance of solid oak, which is only desirable for a dining table. 

You can also choose your preferred finish for the designer metal base. We will paint the metal base of your new dining table for you with matte powder paint and you can choose between black or white color in a matte finish, thanks to which our table easily adapts to the style of your interior. 

Oak Lumber Shade

The final appearance of the tabletop also affects the choice of the itself span lumber. We make our tables mainly from solid oak. We also have other types of lumber in stock, and after individual agreement you can certainly choose a different type of wood than oak itself. However, even if it is oak lumber, oak as such has innumerable types and for that reason there is a wide selection of shades of oak wood. We always communicate with you and agree on everything. If you are interested, we try to choose a shade that matches the interior of your home as much as possible. Most often, our customers are interested in having the table top match the shade of their floor, possibly with other furniture in the room. 

Different options for adjusting the edge of the tabletop

Another parameter that you will be able to choose for your new dining table is the appearance of the edge of its table top. We can adapt it to your personal requirements and your own taste. The first option you can choose is the edge of the tabletop in a natural shape, which will preserve the natural structure and authentic look of the oak wood used.

The second variant is aligned edge, which is characterized by perfectly clean and straight lines, which make this tabletop edge look very elegant and sleek. 

If you prefer more expressive design elements, we can adjust the table top edge of your dining table using the so-called cut bevel. This unique and designer shape gives the table a subtle touch of sophistication and accentuates its contours. A bevel can be an ideal choice for those of you who are trying to add an extra dose of style and originality to your table.

Slab thickness for your ideal table

Regarding the thickness of the table top of our Lineus dining table, the standard option is thickness 40 mm. This thickness represents the ideal balance between elegance and functionality. This dimension is highly practical and aesthetically balanced, making it a great choice for the vast majority of your interiors. However, based on feedback from you, our clients, we have newly introduced the ability to adjust the thickness of the tabletop to your individual preferences.

For that reason, you now have the option to choose from two additional options that can significantly affect the overall appearance and character of your dining table. The first of these two options is a table 50 mm thick table top, which will give your table a fortresses and massiveness. This size is an ideal choice for those of you who wish to own a table that has a more robust feel, but still retains a certain lightness and elegance.

For those of you who prefer a really distinctive and imposing look to dining tables, we have introduced the possibility to choose a table top even 80 mm thick . This diameter of the table top will add majesty to your table in terms of its appearance, with which it will immediately attract the attention of each of your visitors. A table with such a strong table top appears very stable and solid and is therefore an ideal choice for those of you who are looking for a dominant element for your interior. This option underlines the exclusive character of the table and its quality craftsmanship.

Table weight and shipping

As for the actual weight of our tables, we must state , that they are made of wood and metal components. These are heavier materials, therefore the weight of the base usually around 80 kg and the weight of a table top depends on her length, but usually around 20 kg. The total weight, for a table of standard size, will be around 100 kg.

Thanks to this weight we can guarantees that your dining table just like that don't overturn. You don't have to worry about its weight. And not even if we bring it to you. We won't leave it at your door and drive away. On the contrary, we will bring it to your home to the appropriate place, assemble it and explain everything to you. The metal base is glued with felt, so your floor cannot be accidentally scratched.
