Appropriate dimensions

Even this designer dining table of ours is suitable for any large or small kitchen. For smaller spaces, we will make you a massive dining table for just 4 people with dimensions of only 150 x 90 cm. For large rooms and spacious dining rooms, not only at your home, we can also make it for you with the dimensions 250 x 100 cm, i.e. for 6 or more people. 

Expandable version of the table

For all our dining tables, including the Prag dining table, we offer the option to order a folding option. This variant includes additional boards with a length of 25 cm on each side of the table, which will overall extend the given table by 50 cm. In order to maintain a consistent wood grain, it is necessary to specify in advance the overall format of the board from which the additional boards will be made. If you are interested in this modification, just write this request in the note of the order. After confirmation of the order, the invoice will be adjusted, while the extra charge for the folding system is CZK 2,500.

Table top appearance… 

We can either keep the shade of the board in the original appearance of solid oak or paint it with a transparent varnish with a glossy look, thanks to which your solid dining table will get a little more shine, design and modern appearance.

Oak Lumber Shade

The final appearance of the tabletop also affects the choice of the lumber itself. We make our tables mainly from solid oak. We also have other types of lumber in stock, and after individual agreement you can certainly choose a different type of wood than oak itself. However, even if it is oak lumber, oak as such has countless types and for that reason you can find a really wide selection of shades of oak wood. We are always in touch with you and agree on everything. If you are interested, we try to choose a shade that will match perfectly and as much as possible with the interior of your home. Most often, our customers are interested in having the table top match the shade of their floor or with other furniture in the given room.

We can also make the metal base for our designer dining table Prag in several shades. You can choose a base in black or white. The powder coating with which we paint this base is in a matte shade.

Table top edge

Another parameter that you can choose for our solid wood kitchen table is how the edge of the tabletop of this dining table will look. You can leave it in its natural shape or we will smooth it for you.

Thickness of your table top

Our designer dining table Prag is not only an aesthetic gem, but is also completely customizable to your individual needs. As standard, we supply a table top with a thickness of 40 mm, which ensures an optimal balance between elegance and stability. However, if you would prefer a more massive look, we also offer a choice of 50 mm or 80 mm thick boards mm, which bring an even more pronounced and robust impression. These variants are already an additional charge, as they reflect the higher volume of material and the exclusivity of the design of this elegant dining table.

Table weight and shipping

As for the actual weight of our tables, it is essential to state that they are made of wood and metal. These are heavier materials, therefore the weight of each designer base is usually around 80 kg. The weight of the tabletop depends on its length, but it is usually around 20 kg. The total weight for a table of standard size will be around 100 kg.

Higher weight you, of course, guarantees that your dining table only so you don't overturn. You don't have to worry about its weight even if we bring it to you. We won't just drop it off at your door and drive away, but take it to your home to the appropriate location,  where we assemble it and show you everything. The metal base is glued with felt, so your floor cannot be accidentally scratched.

This elegant conference table measuring approximately 1250x650x450 mm will perfectly complement your interior. We will make the coffee table for you from the same wood as the table top of your dining table, and this fact will ensure that both tables have the same shade and the same texture of the wood surface. 

Since we are aware that every single household has a different type of furniture and sofa, we will not only adjust the coffee table top, but also customize its dimensions for you. Both the height and other dimensions of this design piece can be edited to your liking, for example according to the height or length of your sofa, or the space where you want to place it. All you have to do is write your wishes and requirements in the notes to the order.
